Our Philosophy

 

It's simple, really.  Take the time to listen to someone's individual needs and goals, formulate a viable, real-life plan, and help them along the way.  Our clients have their own custom training plan to help them meet their goals.  No cookie-cutter on-line "one size fits all" plan here; we specialize in helping clients plan for their own, individualized training.

Having the experience of weight loss, training for triathlons (sprint, Olympic, half-Ironman and Ironman), half and full marathons, cyclocross, and strength training helps us help you.  We know what it's like to manage a job and train for an Ironman all at the same time.  With that experience we can design a plan that meets your needs and schedule.

But it doesn't stop there.  We also have the education and certifications to back it up.  All Athletic Volition coaches are certified in their specialty:

    Road Runners Club of America
    American Swimming Coaches Association
    Heart Zones
   Cooper Institute
